Jordan NW Gorman

Partner

Jordan Gorman is one of the Gorman attorney’s at Gorman & Gorman, LLC. She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and Philosophy from the University of Alabama, where she built a strong foundation in analytical thinking and legal reasoning in preparation for law school. Driven by a lifelong goal of becoming an attorney, Jordan went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law.

During law school, Jordan and her husband and partner, Gunner Gorman, obtained their real estate licenses, positioning themselves to offer a well-rounded, practical approach to real estate law. Together, they bring a unique combination of legal knowledge and real-world experience to their clients.

Jordan’s primary focus is real estate law, including closings and real estate-related matters, but her practice also extends to real estate development, outside counsel services, and general legal representation. She is committed to providing thoughtful, solution-oriented guidance tailored to each client’s needs.

Mitchell Gunner Gorman

Gunner Gorman is the other Gorman attorney at Gorman & Gorman, LLC, where he brings a business-focused perspective to the firm’s legal practice. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Alabama before pursuing his legal education at Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. While there, he completed a joint Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration (JD/MBA) program, equipping him with both legal training and a strong understanding of how businesses operate and grow.

Gunner’s background allows him to approach legal matters with a practical, strategic mindset particularly when advising clients on real estate transactions, business operations, and development projects. During law school, he and his wife and partner, Jordan Gorman, also obtained their real estate licenses, giving him firsthand insight into the transactional side of the industry.

His practice centers on real estate law and closings, with additional focus on business law, real estate development, and serving as outside counsel for clients who need ongoing legal guidance. He is especially interested in helping clients navigate the intersection of legal and business decision-making.
